Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Need a different size? Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may be offered store credit instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

KNÜTRAL™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled or changed once they have entered processing or fulfillment.
